FF Underground Double-Wall tanks
Description
The FF double-walled underground tank features a dual-structure pressure vessel with a gap ranging from 0.1 mm to 3.5 mm. The external FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) jacket ensures that any leakage will not directly contaminate the soil or water sources.
The external FRP jacket is resistant to electrochemical corrosion caused by groundwater, brackish water, and other similar elements. Additionally, it is impervious to corrosion from substances such as gasoline, diesel fuel, and leaded gasoline.
FF Underground Double-Wall tank
The FF double-walled oil tank's leak detection system is easily installed by simply inserting a probe into the detection tube. The external monitoring equipment and power supply can control the entire process for 24 hours, effectively mitigating potential contamination risks.
The pressure vessel is equipped with a leak detection system, simplifying diagnostics and maintenance while protecting the soil and water environments.
The double-walled tank provides effective environmental protection, eliminating high future ecological and economic costs.
Advantages
The inter-floor drainage channel is a unique technology that enhances leak detection sensitivity and improves safety levels.
A specialized anti-slip treatment is applied to the upper part of the reservoir at angles up to 30 degrees, ensuring the safety of personnel.
The GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) coating equipment for the internal reservoir, developed by us, features a modern control system at a global level. It saves labor and time, effectively increases productivity, improves product quality, and reduces costs. The machine for manufacturing the jacket is the core technical equipment for producing reservoirs.
Advanced bubble-free pressing technology ensures the absence of bubbles, achieving 100% initial production quality of the external glass fiber layer.
The double-walled tank ensures that each batch of products is inspected by an independent organization.
